4. User Responsibilities

- Not misuse or reproduce any training material, content, or intellectual property shared during sessions or project work without prior written consent

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Payments must be completed in full before commencement of services unless otherwise agreed
- All payments are non-refundable once the service has started or project work has begun
- In case of technical failure or cancellation from our end, a suitable rescheduling or partial refund (if applicable) will be offered at our discretion

6. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of your personal data and project information. All materials, data, and information provided by the client will be used solely for the fulfillment of our services and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All training content, materials, templates, documents, videos, and resources provided by DD Analytics are the exclusive property of DD Analytics. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content solely for personal learning and professional development. Distribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

DD Analytics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 12. Shipping and Delivery Policy (Trainings)

All training services offered by DD Analytics are delivered digitally via online platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, or Learning Management Systems (LMS). No physical products are shipped for training purposes.

Access to Training Material

Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, access to training schedules, course links, and study materials will be provided through email or WhatsApp within 72–96 working hours.

Delays and Support

In case of any delay in receiving access details or course material, please contact us immediately. We will ensure your access is activated as soon as possible.

Changes in Schedule

DD Analytics reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unavoidable circumstances (such as trainer unavailability or technical issues). Any such change will be communicated to you in advance through registered contact information.

Responsibility of the User

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure stable internet connectivity and appropriate devices for attending the training sessions online.
